Business Case Studies
Varying analyses on business operations and strategy.
As a part of my MBA studies at Carnegie Mellon University, I completed a series of strategic business case studies spanning a range of industries, including technology, consumer products, media, luxury retail, and manufacturing. These projects were designed to simulate real-world executive decision-making and required deep analysis of complex business challenges involving corporate strategy, competitive positioning, financial modeling, and organizational effectiveness. Working both individually and in teams, I applied structured frameworks to evaluate scenarios such as mergers and acquisitions, market expansion, operational restructuring, and long-term investment planning. Each case pushed me to synthesize quantitative data with qualitative insight and develop clear, persuasive recommendations grounded in both analysis and strategic judgment.
Collectively, these case studies strengthened my ability to think across functional lines and adapt structured problem-solving approaches to a variety of business contexts. They enhanced my fluency in evaluating trade-offs under uncertainty, understanding the impact of leadership and culture on performance, and identifying levers for sustainable value creation. These experiences also sharpened my executive communication skills, as I often had to distill complex issues into concise presentations for stakeholder audiences. Taken together, this casework reinforces a strong foundation in business strategy and critical thinking that I continue to draw upon in both technical and strategic domains.
